Why We Do What We Do

We were thrilled to receive the following letter from a young customer:

My name is Keegan. I am 13 years old and me and my Dad just finished my first first bike build. We bought this bike in Ziploc bags and had to build it from the ground up. We were so happy to find that you reproduce this intake because it allowed us to finish the bike build. I really appreciate that you were so understanding about the issue with the intake and allowed us to swap it with the correct one at no charge. I’ve included a picture of my finished build for you to see.
